When we give you a quote it will be for a personal service, provided by a qualified solicitor with over 20 years experience.
We never delegate conveyancing work to unqualified staff (unlike most of our competitors), do not cut corners and keep our clients constantly up to date with the progress on their transaction. We sell our services on quality not simply on price. This is why 98% of our conveyancing clients (all of whom are surveyed post completion) rate our services as "good" (28%) or "excellent" (70%). Moving house is a stressful experience and using the cheapest 'Bucket shop' conveyancer (who is likely to be less experienced, less communicative, inefficient and slow) is false economy, as well as bad for your blood pressure. Make sure you compare our purchase quote with any other on a like for like basis. Misleadingly many solicitors/conveyancers give only a 'basic' quote which does not include, for example, acting for your Lender in connection with a new mortgage and/or preparing and submitting stamp duty land tax returns for which extra charges are made.
