A Will is a legal document which states how you wish your assets
to be distributed after your death. By making a Will you can:
Make proper provision for your wife, husband or partner
Provide for specific bequests and gifts of property, items
of sentimental value such as jewellery and family heirlooms
or money to your children, other relatives, friends or charities
State your wishes regarding funeral arrangements

Appoint executors who you can depend upon to carry out the
terms of your Will and any trusts created by it
Appoint Guardians for your children should you or your spouse/partner
die before the children have grown up and, make financial provision
